- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

Orders and Payments
Order Process
- All orders begin with a consultation to discuss project requirements
- We provide detailed quotes including materials, labor, and timeline
- Orders are confirmed upon acceptance of quote and receipt of deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion
Pricing and Payment Terms
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices include applicable HST/GST as required by law
- A 50% deposit is required to begin custom projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Rush Orders
Rush orders requiring completion in less than our standard timeframe may incur additional charges. Rush order availability and pricing will be confirmed during consultation.
Project Timeline and Delivery
Standard Timeline
- Most custom framing projects: 5-7 business days
- Complex or large projects: 7-14 business days
- Timeline begins after deposit receipt and final design approval
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
Pickup and Delivery
- Customers will be notified when projects are ready for pickup
- Items must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification
- Local delivery may be available for an additional fee
- Storage fees may apply for items not collected within 30 days
Quality Guarantee and Warranty
Our Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, subject to the following conditions:
- Normal use and care of the framed item
- No damage from mishandling or environmental factors
- Original receipt and proof of purchase
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Frame construction issues
- Hardware failures under normal use
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from environmental factors (humidity, sunlight, etc.)
- Customer-supplied materials or artwork damage
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
- After 24 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
- Custom work that has begun cannot be cancelled for full refund
- Materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable
Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Inability to complete work as specified
- Customer non-payment or breach of terms
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will refund any payments received minus costs incurred.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied materials
- Customers assume risk for valuable or irreplaceable items
- Our liability does not extend beyond our direct control

- Provide materials in good condition suitable for framing
- Disclose any special handling requirements
- Verify accuracy of measurements and specifications
- Understand risks associated with framing valuable items
Our Responsibilities
- Handle customer materials with reasonable care
- Use archival-quality materials when specified
- Follow industry best practices for conservation
- Maintain secure storage during project completion
Valuable Items
For items of significant monetary or sentimental value, we recommend:
- Professional appraisal before framing
- Photographic documentation
- Discussion of conservation-grade materials
- Understanding of inherent risks in any framing process
Intellectual Property
Website Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Custom Designs
Custom frame designs created by our team remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers receive a license to use the design for their specific project.
Customer Content
By providing artwork or materials for framing, you warrant that you have the right to use such materials and that our services do not infringe on any third-party rights.
